Max, a 25-year-old aspiring writer in London, is desperate to find inspiration for his first novel. Feeling creatively blocked, he turns to an unconventional idea—living a double life as a male escort under the alias “Sebastian.” What begins as research for his book slowly turns into a personal obsession, drawing him into a world of desire, performance, and emotional confusion.
As Max becomes more immersed in the role of Sebastian, he finds himself thriving in the freedom and excitement of his new identity. But the line between fiction and reality begins to blur. He starts struggling to maintain his daily life, hiding the truth from his colleagues, friends, and even himself, while losing sight of who he really is beneath the mask.
Things shift when he meets Nicholas, an older, sophisticated client who sees beyond the surface. Their connection goes deeper than anything Max has experienced in either of his lives. What starts as a transaction evolves into a complicated romance, forcing Max to confront feelings he’s been avoiding and to reconsider what he truly wants—not just for his novel, but for himself.
The relationship brings emotional depth, but also challenges. Max’s world begins to unravel as his dual identities clash. He alienates those around him and jeopardizes his professional future, all while trying to make sense of a life he no longer fully controls. The experience pushes him to question the cost of ambition and the price of authenticity.
Sebastian is a sensual and emotionally rich story about identity, self-exploration, and the risks of becoming lost in the roles we create. As Max faces the consequences of living through his alter ego, he’s forced to decide whether he can return to himself—or if “Sebastian” has changed him forever.
